This time I came to Zhongguancun, Beijing to attend an industry summit, and after three consecutive days of meetings, I felt stiff all over. After steaming, the fatigue all over the body is excreted with sweat. The facilities in the adjacent billiard room and table tennis room are both 90% new. It is much more efficient to play for half an hour after a meeting with colleagues than to discuss plans in the conference room. I also experienced the hotel's foot bath SPA by the way, and the technicians were particularly professional in their techniques. After pressing it, the soreness and swelling sensation of wearing leather shoes for three consecutive days completely disappeared. The flow design of the entire recreational area is particularly reasonable. After swimming, you can go directly to the sauna to relax, and then go to the gym to do a few stretches on the way, without having to go back the whole way. The hygiene in all areas is impeccable, and after each batch of customers use it, the staff will immediately follow up with disinfection, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues.
